Morning: After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi and transferred to the Momella Gate, the starting point of your trek. After completing registration, you will begin your trek, accompanied by an armed ranger. 

Afternoon: Enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the Momella Lakes as you hike through the area. Observe wildlife, including cape buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, and bushbucks. Reach Miriakamba Hut, where you will spend the night.

Morning: Embark on a trek along the steep path of the saddle ridge, enjoying stunning views of the Meru crater, the ash cone, and Little Meru. Keep an eye out for wildlife and wildflowers as you traverse the forest. 

Afternoon: Reach Saddle Hut, your destination for the night. After resting, enjoy an acclimatization trek to Little Meru (3810m) before returning to Saddle Hut.

Morning: After an early wake-up call and a light meal, embark on the final ascent to Socialist Peak, the summit of Mount Meru. The trail is steep, traversing gravel and rocky ridges. 

Afternoon: Enjoy breathtaking views of the Meru crater and ash cone from the summit. Observe wildlife, such as klipspringers and mountain reedbucks, as you navigate the rocky terrain. Descend to Miriakamba Hut for the evening.

Morning: After breakfast, embark on your final descent to Momella Gate, utilizing the southern route. Enjoy the scenic views of the montane forest and pass the impressive Fig Tree Arch. 

Afternoon: Upon reaching Momella Gate, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha.
